Learning outcomes
The student is able to:
- command background theories, values and principles of restorative justice
- apply different practices of restorative justice
- evaluate the reconciliation process and the methods used therein
- determine the Conciliation Act and its relationship with the Criminal Justice System
- describe the specific issues of mediation and their impact on the conciliation process
