Project content: Study on companies' talent management and L&D strategies

A Finnish technology company providing skillsdata platform powered by cognitive AI (Artificial Intelligence) is looking for a student group interests in how rapid change in the workforce effects to the companies talent management and L&D strategies. Special focus will be on how companies are using data-driven approach and automating their talent management models, solutions as well as what type of business models, challenges and opportunities they see on that field. That insight could be gathered via interviews, market study and technology analysis. The focus will be fine-tuned with students.

The platform connects companies', education providers', and individuals' non-structured, multi lingual skills data.
