The student is able to
- recognize and outline various theoretical work orientations and working methods in client work
- use and apply social pedagogical, sociocultural and psychosocial methods and tools to support individuals, families and groups in different life stages
- manage the process of methodical and goal-oriented client work
- evaluate and document client work
Teaching methods
Having completed the study unit the student is able to
• recognize and structure various theoretical work orientations and working methods in customer work
• use and apply the methods and tools of social pedagogy and sociocultural and psychosocial work to support individuals, families and groups in different life stages
• master the process of methodical and goal-oriented customer work and is able to evaluate and document customer work

Evaluation methods and criteria
Self and peer evaluation, teachers' feedback and evaluation. Feedback will also be given by the working life partner where the project was implemented. The final evaluation is based on the achievement of the course's competence aims.
