Learning outcomes
The student is able to
- use the methods of psychosocial support as well as life management and communal strengthening
- describe the principles of service management and financial aid
- use group-based guidance methods
- apply the theoretical premises and work orientation for social rehabilitation
- use work methods that promote the customer's participation and empowerment in different operating environments
- use the methods of crisis assistance and crisis work
