Student is able to
- regard the specific characteristics of leadership in a intercultural environment
- manage the dynamics of an intercultural team working and communication in given organizational setup

The course consists of class sessions, team assignments and presentations.

Each assignment is evaluated in scale 0 - 1 / Pass - Fail.
The final grade of the course is the mean of assignment grades.
