The student is able to
- analyze current trends in digital services
- develop digital service processes
- manage the digital customer experience
- market digital services
- plan how to use digital sales channels
- use digital tools to support marketing
- apply regulations of digital business

Teaching methods

This course is a blended learning course. An on-line part of the course course is in Eliademy platform. Students will get an invitation to Eliademy learning environment to Laurea email by the end of August 2019. The practical part will be in the class.

Location and time

The course is from September to November. Blended learning, online part plus class participation 3 x 2 days (Monday and Tuesday, once a month, at 12:30-15:30) in Otaniemi campus.

Tasks
The indidual tasks in Eliademy will be evaluated as follows:
100 points = 5
80 points = 4
70 points = 3,5

50 points = 2,5

Your final grade will be based on the following:
50 % project work (team performance, your own activity, the project outcome, presentations)
50 % web course
