Learning outcomes

The student is able to
- evaluate prerequisites for customer-oriented operation, and different customer needs and solutions
- act in a customer-oriented manner in sales situations
- show initiative in projects and as a member of a project group in a responsible and goal-oriented way complying with information security regulations and taking advantage of the tools available
- communicate orally and in writing using field-specific concepts

Study unit will be graded as failed if not all of the tasks are done, any of them is failed and if the criteria for grade 1 is not reached.
