The student is able to
- communicate in Swedish both orally and in writing at least on competence level B1-2 of the European Framework of Reference for Languages and the civil service language proficiency certificate will be registered in their records.
- improve their interaction, communications and reporting skills in Swedish.

1. an essay: En dag i praktiken, length 1 A4 sheet
2. a translation: an article/text on the topic of nursing from Swedish into Finnish or a patient infromation leaflet from Finnish into Swedish, length 3 A4 sheets
