Learning outcomes

The student is able to
- communicate in English in a professional way in his/her own field of study
- apply intercultural management into practice
- apply intercultural theories into practice
- plan and develop services by applying service design thinking

Teaching methods

The studies are carried out in teams; participation requires students to actively attend the contact sessions in order to be able to fully exploit the contents and methodology in the design thinking process.
During the studies, students acquire knowledge in intercultural communication and theories, design thinking process, and work on a development case for a client by integrating cultural knowledge and design thinking into practice.
