- apply intercultural theories into practice
- plan and develop services by applying service design thinking

Teaching methods

This study unit starts on 12th February when the group meets to start the study unit process, and receive assignments. After February, the study unit goes as a sprint: 11th - 15th March.
Exchange students are welcome!
This study unit combines intercultural communication and knowledge with Design Thinking. During the sprint, students will work with developing new service ideas for clients.
The study unit includes 5 ECTS of English studies as an integrated part of it.

Location and time

The design sprint implementation requires the students to be present, since a lot of things happen each day and it will be difficult to proceed in the process if one is absent.
